Website redesign without losing what works.

We modernise established websites so they look the part, load quickly and convert, while protecting the content, addresses and rankings you have already earned.

Your business has moved on. Your website should too.

Maybe it looks dated next to competitors, is awkward on a phone, is slow, or simply no longer describes what you do. A redesign fixes that, but a careless one can wipe out years of search visibility overnight.

We treat a redesign as an upgrade, not a demolition. We keep the pages, content and URLs that bring in customers, improve what is holding them back and rebuild the rest on a faster, cleaner foundation.

What a redesign with us includes.

A structured process that improves the site without gambling with your traffic.

  • Audit of the current site

Traffic, rankings, top pages, enquiries and technical health reviewed before any design work begins.

  • A sharper design

A modern, distinctive design that still feels recognisably yours to existing customers.

  • Content that converts

Service pages rewritten or refined around the questions your customers ask most.

  • URL and redirect map

Every important address accounted for, with permanent redirects for anything that moves.

  • Speed and accessibility

Lean code, optimised images and accessible layouts that work for every visitor.

  • Post-launch monitoring

We watch indexing, crawl errors and enquiries after launch and fix anything unexpected quickly.

Keep the value. Lose the friction.

Before we design anything, we find out what is already working: the pages that rank, the content customers read, the forms that bring in enquiries and the links other sites point at. Those become the foundation of the new site.

Then we look at what is getting in the way. Confusing navigation, thin service pages, slow templates, weak calls to action and poor mobile layouts are the usual suspects, and each has a clear fix.

  • Top pages and queries identified before changes
  • Recognisable brand elements carried forward
  • Weak journeys redesigned around enquiries

A redesign that search engines welcome.

We map every existing URL to its new home, carry over titles and descriptions that perform, and add structured data, cleaner headings and faster pages. At launch, redirects are tested and the new sitemap is submitted.

For the weeks after launch we monitor Search Console, fix anything that surfaces and make sure the new site settles in well. More about our SEO approach.

  • Full redirect map tested before go-live
  • Metadata and structured data carried and improved
  • Search Console monitoring after launch

Our redesign checklist

  1. Record the pages, queries and links that already bring in visitors
  2. Keep or improve the content customers rely on
  3. Map every old address to its closest new page with a permanent redirect
  4. Carry over working titles, descriptions and structured data
  5. Test forms, redirects and mobile layouts before launch
  6. Watch Search Console after launch and fix anything that surfaces

How a project works.

A clear sequence with review points, so you always know what is happening and what is needed from you.

  1. Step 1

    Discover

A conversation about your business, your customers and what the website needs to do, followed by a written proposal with clear inclusions.

  2. Step 2

    Design

Page structure, content and visual design developed together and reviewed as real pages before the build starts.

  3. Step 3

    Build

Fast, accessible pages with search foundations, tested forms and any integrations the project needs.

  4. Step 4

    Launch & support

Testing on real devices, redirects for any changed addresses, a careful launch and support afterwards.

Anything else you would like to know? Ask Glenn directly

Will we lose our Google rankings if we redesign?

Not if it is done properly. Rankings are usually lost when URLs change without redirects, content is removed or the new site is slower. We plan for all three, so most sites hold their positions and many improve as speed and content get better.

Can you keep our current logo and branding?

Yes. Many redesigns keep the logo and colours and modernise everything around them. If the identity needs refreshing too, we can do that as part of the project. See branding.

Can you redesign a site another agency built?

Yes. We will need access to the current site, domain and hosting, or a copy of the content. We audit what is there before recommending how to proceed.

Is it cheaper to improve the existing site than to rebuild it?

Sometimes. If the foundation is sound, targeted improvements can deliver most of the benefit for less. If the site is slow, hard to edit or built on something outdated, a rebuild is usually the better investment. We will tell you which.
