Connected Systems API & integration development

We connect websites, ecommerce, ERP, CRM, accounting and logistics platforms so information moves automatically, accurately and on time.

Stop re-keying. Start trusting your data.

When systems do not talk to each other, people fill the gap: copying orders into the accounts package, updating stock by hand, exporting spreadsheets to send to a supplier. It is slow, error-prone and hard to scale.

We build integrations that remove that manual work. Our experience includes SAP supply-chain integrations, external search indexing, third-party authentication and product data feeds, so we know how to make connections that keep working when volumes grow and edge cases appear.

Integration work we do.

From a single connection to a joined-up set of systems.

  • ERP and supply chain

Orders, stock, pricing and fulfilment synchronised with systems such as SAP.

  • Accounting

Invoices, payments and customers flowing into your accounts package automatically.

  • CRM and marketing

Enquiries and customer activity captured where your team works.

  • Payments and logistics

Payment providers, couriers and tracking connected to your orders.

  • Custom APIs

Well-documented APIs so partners, apps and other systems can work with your data.

  • Monitoring and recovery

Logging, alerts and retry handling so failures are caught and fixed quickly.

Designed for the day something goes wrong.

Any integration works when every system is up and the data is perfect. The real design work is for everything else: timeouts, duplicate messages, rate limits, missing fields and records that change in two places at once.

We agree which system owns each piece of data, how conflicts are resolved and what happens on failure. Then we build retries, logging and alerts so problems are visible and recoverable, not silent.

  • Clear ownership of each data field
  • Retries, idempotency and error queues
  • Alerts and logs your team can act on

Built on the interfaces you actually have.

We start by reviewing the APIs, webhooks, exports and access each system provides. Some platforms have excellent APIs; others need scheduled file exchanges or careful workarounds. We tell you what is realistic before promising automation.

Where a supported interface exists, we use it. Where one does not, we design the most robust alternative and document its limits.

  • API and access review before build
  • Webhooks, scheduled sync or file exchange as appropriate
  • Documentation of every data flow

public function __invoke(Request $request): Response{    $this->signature->verify($request);    // reject forged calls    if ($this->seen($request->id())) {        return Response::ok();               // idempotent retries    }    $this->queue->push(new SyncStock($request->payload()));    return Response::accepted();}

How we work together.

A clear, collaborative process with no surprises. You always know what is happening, what we need from you and what comes next.

  1. Step 1

    Discover

We map the workflow, the people involved, the data and the systems it touches, then agree what success looks like.

  2. Step 2

    Specify

A clear scope, data model and plan. Where it helps, a clickable prototype so you can test the idea before it is built.

  3. Step 3

    Build in stages

Working software early and often, reviewed with you at each stage and tested against real examples.

  4. Step 4

    Launch & support

Careful deployment, documentation and handover, with ongoing support and development if you want it.

Questions, answered.

Anything else you would like to know? Ask us directly and we will give you a straight answer.

Can you integrate with a system that has no API?

Sometimes. Options include scheduled exports and imports, database-level connections where permitted, or email and file-based exchanges. We assess what is reliable and supportable before recommending one.

Do you work with SAP?

Yes. Our experience includes SAP supply-chain integrations for ecommerce. We work with your SAP team or partner to agree interfaces and data mapping.

What happens if one of the connected systems goes down?

Well-designed integrations queue work, retry safely and alert someone if a problem persists. Nothing should be silently lost. We build that behaviour in as standard.

Can AI help with integrations?

Where data arrives as unstructured documents or emails, AI can extract it into a structured format before it enters your systems. See business automation.
