Knowledge systems with answers you can check.

Knowledge assistants that find and explain the information your organisation already holds, with sources shown and permissions respected.

Your organisation already knows the answer.

Policies, product data, contracts, manuals, past projects and support history: the answers your team and customers need usually exist somewhere. Finding them quickly is the problem.

We build retrieval-augmented systems that search your approved sources, compose a clear answer and show where it came from. When the documents do not contain the answer, the system says so rather than guessing.

What a knowledge system includes.

Designed for accuracy, trust and easy upkeep.

  • Source connections

Documents, wikis, shared drives, product data and help desks connected securely.

  • Smart retrieval

Search that understands meaning as well as keywords, tuned on your content.

  • Cited answers

Responses that link to the exact sources used, so they can be checked.

  • Access control

Users only see answers drawn from information they are allowed to access.

  • Content upkeep

A process for keeping sources current and removing outdated material.

  • Quality measurement

Test questions and feedback that show how accurate the system is.

Answers you can check.

Every answer shows the documents and sections it was based on. That builds trust, makes errors easy to spot and helps people learn where information lives.

We test the system with real questions from your team, including ones it should decline to answer. When the documents do not contain the answer, it says so and points to who can help, rather than guessing.

  • Sources cited with every answer
  • Clear responses when information is missing
  • Tested with your real questions

Built on well-kept knowledge.

A knowledge system is only as good as its sources. We help decide which content is authoritative, how it is structured for retrieval and how updates flow in automatically.

For internal use it can sit inside tools your team already uses; for customers it can power help centres and product advice on your website.

  • Authoritative sources defined
  • Automatic updates when content changes
  • Internal and customer-facing options

How a project works.

A clear sequence with review points, so you always know what is happening and what is needed from you.

  1. Step 1

    Find the use case

We identify a task with a clear input, a repeatable decision and a way to check the result.

  2. Step 2

    Prove it

A focused pilot tested on your real examples, with an honest view of accuracy, cost and limits.

  3. Step 3

    Build it properly

Integrations, permissions, monitoring and human review where the stakes call for it.

  4. Step 4

    Operate & improve

Evaluation, cost tracking and improvements as your data and needs change.

What is retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)?

RAG combines search with a language model. The system first retrieves relevant passages from your documents, then the model writes an answer based on them, so responses reflect your information rather than general knowledge.

Can it handle confidential documents?

Yes, with the right design. Access controls ensure users only see answers from permitted sources, and private deployment is available for sensitive data.

How accurate will it be?

Accuracy depends on source quality and question type. We measure it on a representative set of your real questions before launch and track it afterwards.

Tell us about the task you want to improve.

Describe the work, the documents or systems involved and what good would look like. Glenn will suggest a sensible first step, including when AI is not the answer.
